Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only refund magnets that are not scratched, chipped or damaged. Should magnets be returned which are damaged, then only the goods returned in good condition will be refunded minus shipping cost will be refunded.
We do not refund shipping cost and costs to return stock will be the client’s responsibility.
Magnets are brittle and unfortunately, we do not accept broken goods when handling magnets incorrectly. See our magnet safety pages for more details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and banking details.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT will be done in 5 days from approved
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please inform as on info@magnetstore.co.za. We take no responsibility if wrong bank details were supply.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong sizing was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@magnetstore.co.za and we will assist you.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us at 0218513913. We advise when to use a tracked shipping method for exchange of product as we cannot guarantee delivery if we are unable to track the parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
